This was brewed on Christmas day with my dad in Nashville. It was a standard Mr Beer recipe and the brewing process went well with no hitches.

1 Octoberfest Vienna Lager
1 Mellow Amber UME
This was bottled a bit early on 1/04/09 after 10 days in the fermenter. After 2 weeks carbing and 2-3 weeks conditioning this was a delicious beer.
