#2 Full Moon Marzen

This was brewed on 1/05/09. The recipe was a more advanced recipe off the Mr Beer website. This was the first beer brewed in Bonesaw's facilities.

Recipe
1 High Country Canadian Draft
1 Golden Wheat UME
.5 oz Argentine Cascade Hops
2 cups honey
1 grated orange rind

Water brought to a boil and added the honey and orange. Removed from heat and added the malts and hops. Hops left in fermenter.

This was bottled on 2/01/09. The trub bottle was cracked on 2/14/09 and it showed promise. After 3 weeks of conditioning this is a delicious beer.
Its kind of like a slightly hoppy wheat beer with some kick.
